We are not a realtor driven inspection company so no deficiency will be left out of our report. In fact realtors don’t seem to like us much but our clients love the fact that the inspection report gives detailed pictures that are annotated to not only back up our findings but to help them understand why it’s deficient.
Radon testing is underrated and may require multiple tests depending upon size and layout of the home.
